Here's an update on our house situation. IT"S SOLD!!! again! It's actually sold to the same people it was before. It turns out that offer wasn't actually terminated. So now our house is sold again, but on condition on a house inspection on the guys house who bought our house. Our real estate agent isn't getting her hopes up that the deal will go through though. She said it's some investors who are buying their house and they are known for just holding a house up and dropping the offer once the home inspection comes through. So, we just have to wait until the house inspection and hope that the offer stays. We also have to hope that if the offer doesn't stay, that whoever is still interested in our house, doesn't go and buy another house!!
We should know for sure by February 15th.

Yup... selling is fun eh? I get that every day... hope my customer doesn't go and buy another car while he's waiting for something else... Lots of fun, lots of stress every day! :)
