Valentine's Day

We had a great Valentines Day last week. Eric was home for the day due to all the snow, so we got to spend the day together! It was hard to surprise him for dinner though when he was home.
Aidan and I made Eric a heart shaped cake for dessert after supper. Aidan had a lot of fun decorating it. He started putting all the sprinkles in the same spot, so I did help him spread it our a bit!


For dinner I made a heart shaped pizza and we had nice candlelight dinner as a family (Which I might say is definatley not the same now that we have kids!)

After dinner Aidan asked to blow the candles out so we let him and it was the highlight of dinner for him! He talked about it for days that he blew out the candles!
