We took a break on the long weekend from working at the house and spent it at the cottage! It was a great weekend! Thanks Mom and Dad for having all of us there! Ken, Shauna, and Kate, Arron, Laura, and Declan all came up too! Just as we were about the bring the boat our we discovered a family of mice in it. They were so cute! Too bad we had to get rid of them The kids thought that they were really neat!
The kids also had a great time playing in the sand pile and dipping things in the water. They mostly just loved to be outside all day!
Sunday was a little cool, but we still made it out! No snow this year! The boys even made it in the water for some skiing and kneeboarding this year. I think they were crazy because the water was freezing!
We also had some sparklers and fireworks for the kids. The fireworks were funny because they didn't always go where they were supposed to! Aidan actually liked the sparklers. I thought that for sure he would be afraid of them!
This past Saturday we ran some errands and had some nice family time in the evening. Anna's new favorite thing is to stand on the porch hanging onto the rails. She looks like such a big girl.
On our walk we stopped by where Eric and I first sat the weekend that we bought our house...kinda like saying goodbye to our neighbourhood!
On Sunday Anna looked very pretty in her hairband !
My mom through a party for my birthday at her house on Sunday. We took Anna swimming for the first time and she loved it!!
Today we played in the sand box, You can see that Anna is nothing like Aidan at the age...she wil actually sit in it and get dirty!
On Sunday our neighbours cut the hedge down...I think it looks awful. Good thing we are moving!!
