Anna's birthday part 2, and other miscellanous things

On July 7th, we had Anna's 2nd first birthday party. We had a bunch of family over for a BBQ. I think that everyone had fun!

This is Anna's 12 month picture.
Anna is enjoying her present from her Gramma and Grandpa
A little bit of soccer. They couldn't kick the ball too far or it would go several lots down!
Uncle George pushing the kids on the swings.

Anna knew just what to do with her cake this time! She picked it up right away and jammed it into her mouth! She really enjoyed it! ( It's sunny, that's why she doesn't look too thrilled)
Anna opening her presents. She's trying to put on the sleeper that she got from Uncle Mike, Aunt Jodie and the kids.

What better way to make sure that all the cake is off you, then with a swim with cousin Kezia!

Everyone sitting around waiting for dinner.

On the 6th we went for a walk at Churchhill park in Cambridge. They have a pond full of ducks there so we brought along some bread. Aidan just loved to feed the ducks!

On July 2nd, Baby Zeva Jordin Bosch was born to Arron and Laura Bosch, a new little friend for Anna, even though they are 1 year and 1 day apart! Laura had her while they were on their vacation at the cottage.

We are getting our post holes and fence put in this week. Jack the owner of the subdivision has to put a fence along the pipeline that runs behind our house...so we get a free fence along the back! We plan on putting clamatise (spelling) along it to cover it up a bit in the summer.
...till next time!

Hey :) I just had to comment on how funny it is that I found your blog ..
I bookmarked your page a long time ago, found it through a search about something and came to find out you were in my town (Brantford). I have checked in occasionally and kept up on your cute kids, then I saw you in the paper and thought it was funny to 'find' you again like that .. then I just read your post and was shocked to see you mention the birth of Laura's baby lol. I met Laura last year because I do Welcome Wagon and I did a home visit for her and since she was pregnant I invited her to the Baby Shower I put together in Brantford. Haven't seen her since then though and wouldn't have a way to keep up with how her pregnancy went on but I'm thrilled to see she had a healthy baby girl and I'm amazed at what a small world it is!
