Here is the long awaited after pictures of our new house. I meant to put these up a long time ago, but I wanted to finish taking all the pictures first. I still haven't done the basement....so I'll do that the next time we clean the playroom!
Here is my kitchen

Here is my mud room/ laundry room. This is the one room that we wish that we had made bigger. It's a little too tight in there.

On February 16th we took Anna to get her first hair cut. We just got it trimmed everywhere to help it grow in a little thicker. She did really well!

That evening we had some our friends over for a Valentines dinner. We all had a great time, especially the kids.
Aidan and his friends all wanted to sit on the same side!

Here we all are.

Playing dressup!

Anna got new boots and a dress from Tara. She loves them both! She would wear the boots all day if I let her. She is always going to get them and putting them on!

On the weekend of February 23rd, we made the trek up to Ottawa for a visit. On Saturday morning the Museum of Nature has free admission. We took advantage of that and went on over. the kids had a blast!
Lucas and Aidan are digging for dino bones!

This was one of Anna's favorite rooms. When I wheeled the stroller into this room she said, while pointing all over " agaso busa meno WOW!"

That afternoon we took the kids sledding. Anna loved it, but Aidan wasn't so sure after he got snowed in the face going down.

Anna and Zachary playing together.

On March 1st we had a surprise party for our friend Shauna. She was turning 7, leapyear baby. We got her good!

Here is the face Anna makes when she's not getting her way....I have to try not to laugh...

Some of our days are busy for me now. On Monday afternoon I have 5 kids in the afternoon. The biggest hit with the girls is Tim. Anna just loves babies! The little girl beside Anna is Trista. She comes 3 afternoons a week.

This winter we have gotten way too much snow. This was after the last big storm. The drift on the deck got higher than the table.

Anna loves to help her Daddy whenever she can.....yes Eric is doing touch up paint, because no, we are not done painting yet...grrr!!!

All the snow in the front

Aidan in the latest snow fort. This one broke about 20 minutes later on Eric, as he was trying to make it bigger.

Anna just loves to colour. Especially with markers. If you look closely in this picture though, you can tell she misses the paper sometimes as it's on her face and hands. Good thing I have an old table and the markers are washable!

We headed up to the cottage with my parents for the easter long weekend. It was nice and sunny so we spent a bunch of time outside. Aidan and Anna loved to climb the mountain on the deck! Aidan would say that he is king of the mountain!

This is my crazy daughter. She makes up laugh all the time!! She put the hat on herself and insisted that we put the goggles on. She ate her whole snack like that!

Baking cookies with Grandma!

Our igloo made by packing snow in the recycle box. Every time I dumped one Anna would say "tada" like Grandma taught her to do when making sandcastles last summer.

Isn't she cute! She's saying "see, see" It's hard to catch her in a picture now because she always wants to see even before I'm done taking it!

Whew!
That's all for now! Hopefully I won't take so long next time. Sorry for all the pictures dial up readers! It's just easier to tell our stories this way!
Until next time!
