This year, as I am due early December with baby number 3, I want to have all my Christmas plans done by mid November. I came across this blog, and I accepted the challenge. Hopefully it will help me to stay motivated to have everything ready. I think that I'm well on my way already, as I have already finished making my 50 Christmas cards! And I am mostly done my shopping, at least for my kids!
